This device works great, but the first two I received didn’t work at all! The only reason I’m giving it 5 stars is because of the service I received from guy at the store (brookswood) he opened three different ones til we found one that worked! If it wasn’t for the guy behind the counter going above and beyond I wouldn’t have been a happy customer! The product it’s self works great (if it works) but the quality control of flavor beast isn’t! I highly recommend testing the product before leaving the store because they seem to be very hit or miss but all the devices I’ve bought that worked after leaving the store are all still working to this day!
