Warranty Policy
Please test all products for defects in-store or upon receiving your order. Due to the nature of our products being customizable and mechanical, most items require maintenance or minor adjustments. If we can fix it for you, we will.

14-Day Warranty
The 14-Day warranty begins on the day the product is delivered and not on the day it was used. 

We reserve the right to void the warranty if there is obvious physical damage from misuse. Therefore excessive scratches, dents, and dropping your product will void the warranty. In other words, don't drop the product and run it over with your car.

Items not covered under our 14-day warranty: Cartomizers, e-Liquid, Disposables, and sale items.

Scratches and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by warranty.

14-Day Warranty, DOA, and Wrong Item Claims

Please contact our customer service team by email at info@thevapory.com with a description of the problem along with your order number or a copy of the receipt. If the issue cannot be resolved by email, we will send you instructions on returning the item for replacement along with a return authorization number. Replacements are ONLY shipped after the defective item is shipped back to us. “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) and “Wrong Item” claims must be reported to us within 72 hours from the delivery time. “14-day Warranty” claims must be reported to us within 14 days from the delivery date.

Your package must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving your return authorization number. We will only replace defective items with working items of the same model.

 

Return Shipping Costs for Defective Items

The customer assumes all costs in shipping items back to us, and we will assume the cost of shipping replacements to the customer. The shipping cost incurred is non-refundable. All replacement/repaired products are shipped to Canada Post. We recommend using delivery confirmation/tracking when shipping packages to us. Orders are usually shipped within 3-7 business days depending on the size of the order.

We do not guarantee that our parts and products are compatible with other manufacturers or suppliers.
