Return Policy


Returns - COVID-19 Precautions

We are not accepting any returns at this moment. Due to COVID-19 Precautions. You may not return e-juice, liquid products, opened cartridges, tanks, clearomizers, cartomizers, rebuildable devices, mods and therefore it is NON REFUNDABLE. 

If you have an issue with a liquid product please email us first, do not fill out a return request as it will be rejected. 

E-Cigarettes are consumable products just like real cigarettes. Continuing to use the ecig will require replacing atomizers, batteries, and e-liquids, just as if you were smoking real cigarettes. Most users save about 50% when compared to traditional cigarette smoking. 

Coils & Atomizers

Atomizers require replacement depending on how much you use your e-cigarette. The average user will go through 3-7 atomizers per month. Atomizers are only replaced if dead on arrival. Please let us know within 48 hours of getting your package if any of your atomizers are not working. The way your atomizer tastes is out of our control, therefore, any complaints related to taste are not warranted. 


Clearomizers are only replaceable if the glass is cracked, or if it is DOA. Issues regarding taste, leaking, etc are out of our control. 

Mods & Rebuildables

Mods and rebuildables are expert level devices. These devices carry only a warranty from the manufacturer. Due to the nature of these devices, products in the Box Mods, Mechanical Mods, Rebuildable Atomizers & Variable Devices section of the website are final sale unless mentioned otherwise. Products in the regulated mods section of this category carry a manufacturers warranty. We will assist you with getting the item replaced if the item stops working within 72 hours of purchase. Otherwise, we will assist you in getting in contact with the manufacturer. 


E-Juice cannot be returned, or exchanged. E-Juice is always a final sale. 

Shipping Charges

If you decide to return a product and originally received free shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with initial delivery. For example, if you received free shipping, but it cost us $8.00 to ship the product to you, we will deduct $8.00 from your refund. This may be higher or lower depending on the weight. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. 


If you would like to return a product for exchange, replacement, or refund, please email with your Order Number. Please provide as many details as possible, including Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and REASON for the return. If the return is approved you will get further directions on shipping the package back to us. 

  1. Repackage the item including all original parts, packing material, instructions, etc. Within reason, this means that everything must be returned exactly as it was sent to you. Poor repackaging or the return of damaged merchandise could result in refusal of your return and loss of any refund or replacement item. Items MUST not have any damage/have been used. DO NOT send items back in a regular envelope, this is not sufficient packaging and can cause items to be lost in the mail as the envelopes fail. Padded envelopes are a must and are can be acquired at any Canada Post location.
  2. Contact us via to inquire about submitting a RMA. You will be assigned a ticket number, which will also be your RMA #. Please get approval from an associate to send the item back before submitting it.
  3. Include a copy of the original Packing List in the package, and indicate whether you would like to be refunded for the item, or a replacement sent out. 
  4. Ship the item at your expense (if item is deemed faulty shipping will be refunded after we have received the item) and your choice of carrier to the address you receive from our associate
  5. If you are to receive a refund, it will be issued by The Vapory when the returned item has been received in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the items. And will be applied directly to the method that was used to make a purchase.
