We ship within British Columbia only. We do not ship to other provinces or outside Canada.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders of $80 or more (before tax). In-stock orders placed before 2 PM Pacific Time usually ship the same business day; please allow up to 3 business days for processing. All parcels are tracked and discreetly packaged. An adult 19 or older with valid photo ID must accept the delivery.

Same-day local delivery

Available near our Surrey and Langley stores: under 5 km $10 · 5–10 km $15 · 10–20 km $20 · over 20 km $25. Free on orders of $80 or more (before tax and discounts). Order online or call by 6 PM Pacific Time. Subject to driver availability and stock. The purchaser must be present with valid photo ID showing they are 19 or older.

Free in-store pickup

Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order at our Surrey (Guildford) or Langley (Brookswood) store, usually ready within 1 hour during store hours. Bring valid photo ID (19+).

Lost or damaged parcels

Email info@thevapory.com with your order number. Once the carrier claim is confirmed we will refund or resend your items.
